- Develop and implement disruptive technologies for the biologics portfolio, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Extensive Experience In Biologics Development And Disruptive Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Biologics Development, With A Strong Focus On Disruptive Technologies Such As Gene Editing, Cell Therapy, And Rna Interference.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, You Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Scientists And Researchers. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
