  1. Lead the development and optimization of synthetic routes for the production of novel drug candidates.

  11. Mentor and train junior scientists on process chemistry techniques and principles.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  13. Represent the company at conferences and meetings to present research and network with industry professionals.
  14. Contribute to the writing and submission of patents and publications.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field, Preferably With A Focus On Organic Synthesis Or Process Chemistry.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Strong Background In Process Development And Optimization.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Designing And Executing Complex Synthetic Routes And Developing Scalable Processes For The Production Of Small Molecules.

  • Proficiency In Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Nmr, As Well As Knowledge Of Statistical Process Control And Data Analysis.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
