  • Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address environmental, health, and safety risks in all aspects of our operations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and employee health
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance and improvement
  • Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and promote a positive image for the company
  • Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to improve environmental sustainability and safety performance
  • Lead emergency response efforts and ensure preparedness for potential environmental, health, and safety incidents.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental, Health, And Safety.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Professional Certifications In Relevant Areas Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih).
