  1. Conduct thorough quality checks on all products and materials to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  2. Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  4. Evaluate and document quality assurance processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  6. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure company compliance.
  8. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  9. Participate in the development and review of quality-related documents, including standard operating procedures, protocols, and reports.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on quality-related issues and initiatives.
  11. Investigate and address any customer complaints related to product quality.
  12. Participate in external audits and inspections as needed.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality assurance activities.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall product quality.
  15. Represent the company and its quality standards in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, Including Cgmp, Glp, And Ich Guidelines.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems, Including Document Control, Deviations, Change Control, And Capa.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
