- Create personalized exercise plans for patients based on their individual needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments to determine patients' current physical condition and track progress over time.
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to patients, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Motivate and encourage patients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support.
- Monitor patients during exercise sessions, providing assistance and modifications as needed.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and any changes to their exercise plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists or nutritionists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay updated on current trends and research in exercise science to continually improve patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness facility, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and make patients feel welcome and comfortable in the fitness facility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop skills and knowledge.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the patient experience and contribute to the overall success of the fitness facility.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Exercise Science Or A Related Field.
Certified Personal Trainer (Cpt) Or Certified Exercise Physiologist (Cep) From A Recognized Organization.
Experience Working In A Healthcare Or Clinical Setting, Preferably With A Diverse Patient Population.
Knowledge Of Exercise Assessment And Prescription, Including Experience With Cardiac And Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Patients, Medical Staff, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
