10. Stay up-to-date on best practices and interventions for supporting individuals and families during times of loss and grief.
11. Provide support and guidance to hospice team members in supporting bereaved individuals and families.
12. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with individuals and families.
13. Participate in team meetings and supervision to discuss and improve the quality of care provided.
14. Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans to meet the changing needs of bereaved individuals and families.
15. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion in all interactions with bereaved individuals and families.
16. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the hospice program and healthcare organization.
17. Collaborate with insurance companies and other third-party payers to ensure coverage for bereavement services.

19. Foster a compassionate and supportive work environment for team members and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
