- Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming fitness programs, classes, and events to effectively communicate with members.
- Handle membership sign-ups, cancellations, and billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with promoting and marketing the Fitness Center to current and potential members.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all membership policies and procedures to effectively handle member inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Fitness Center.
- Proactively address and resolve any member concerns or complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed membership retention goals.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new programs and policies.

Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Membership Services Representative, Fitness Center, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Service To Members And Visitors.
Knowledge Of Fitness Center Operations: Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of How Fitness Centers Operate, Including Membership Processes, Equipment Usage, And Class Scheduling.
