Certification And/Or Licensure: A Phlebotomist At Mercy Should Possess Valid Certification And/Or Licensure In Phlebotomy From An Accredited Institution.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For A Phlebotomist At Mercy To Accurately Communicate With Healthcare Professionals And Patients.
Experience In Venipuncture And Specimen Collection: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Venipuncture And Specimen Collection, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
