Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Phlebotomist to join our team at Mercy. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner. We are looking for a professional who is compassionate and has excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a current Phlebotomy certification. Previous experience in a laboratory or clinical setting is highly desirable. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing quality healthcare and has a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: -Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner -Provide excellent customer service -Ensure quality healthcare -Maintain organized and detailed records -Work in a fast-paced environment -Follow safety and health regulations -Follow all lab protocols -Perform basic laboratory tests -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor -Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines -Maintain current Phlebotomy certification
