Your strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments will be essential in promoting our services and enhancing the overall patient experience.We are looking for a candidate who possesses a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in physician relations or sales. A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to analyze and interpret data is also required.   1. Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians and their practices.
  2. Act as a liaison between our organization and the physician community.
  3. Promote our services to physicians and their practices through effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Analyze and interpret data related to physician referral patterns and make strategic recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and approach to physician relations.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase physician engagement and satisfaction.
  7. Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with new and existing physicians.
  8. Monitor and report on competitor activity and trends in the healthcare industry.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to physicians and their practices.
  10. Stay current on industry developments and best practices in physician relations.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted towards physicians.
  12. Conduct regular visits and meetings with physicians to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  13. Utilize CRM software to track and manage physician interactions and relationships.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on physician relations for internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines related to physician relations.

Job Qualifications
