- Utilize your expertise in wound care to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress, treatments, and care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on wound care management and prevention strategies.

Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Active Registered Nurse License In The State Of Employment, With No Restrictions Or Disciplinary Actions.
Wound Care Certification: A Certification In Wound Care Such As Wound, Ostomy, And Continence Nursing (Wocn) Or Certified Wound Care Nurse (Cwcn) Is Required. This Certification Demonstrates The Candidate's Specialized Knowledge And Skills In Wound Care Management.
Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Registered Nurse, Preferably In A Wound Care Setting. This Experience Should Include Assessment, Treatment, And Management Of Various Types Of Wounds.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Registered Nurse Will Be Responsible For Educating Patients And Their Families About Wound Care, As Well As Collaborating With Other Healthcare Professionals To Ensure The Best Possible Outcomes For Patients.
Compassionate And Empathetic: Working With Patients Who Have Chronic Or Complex Wounds Requires A High Level Of Compassion And Empathy. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess These Qualities, Along With The Ability To Provide Emotional Support To Patients And Their Families During The Healing Process.
