  1. Lead and manage the Clinical Nutrition department, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for providing nutrition services to patients.
  3. Supervise and train a team of nutritionists and dietitians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Monitor patient satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to improve the quality of care.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in nutrition and incorporate them into department practices.
  7. Oversee budget and resource management for the department.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  9. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the department.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to nutrition services.
  11. Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and exceptional service within the department.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the department and contribute to overall organizational goals.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of department activities.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide education and support regarding nutrition.
  15. Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Nutrition Setting, With At Least 1-2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.

  • Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Nutritionist (Rdn) Certification From The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Nutrition Principles And Practices, As Well As Current Trends And Research In The Field.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Clinical Nutrition Staff.
