We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in the Cardiac Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a CNA in the Cardiac Medical ICU, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team of healthcare professionals in providing specialized care to patients with complex cardiac conditions. - Perform basic nursing care tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and providing emotional support to patients in the Cardiac Medical ICU.
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by ensuring infection control procedures are followed.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiac conditions.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide comfort measures to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Assist with patient mobility and provide assistance with activities of daily living.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality and safety protocols.

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Prior Experience In Cardiac Medical Icu: Mercyone Is Seeking Candidates Who Have Previous Experience In A Cardiac Medical Icu Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Facility.
Knowledge Of Cardiac Medical Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Cardiac Medical Procedures, Including Basic Cardiac Monitoring, Iv Administration, And Wound Care.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Cna In The Cardiac Medical Icu, The Candidate Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Their Families, And The Healthcare Team. They Must Also Be Able To Document Patient Information Accurately.
Team Player: Mercyone Values Collaboration And Teamwork. The Ideal Candidate For This Position Must Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment, Communicate Effectively, And Be Willing To Assist Other Team Members When Needed.
