Compliance Program Manager

Meta Platforms is seeking an experienced Compliance Program Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing and implementing compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of both the public and private sector, as well as the ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.The Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Meta Platforms' compliance program to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience in compliance program management, preferably in the technology industry. They must also have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations related to the industry, as well as the ability to plan, implement, and monitor compliance activities. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage Meta Platforms' compliance program to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
3. Plan, implement, and monitor compliance activities.
4. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and report on compliance activities to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
7. Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
8. Provide training and guidance to staff and stakeholders regarding compliance policies and procedures.
9. Investigate potential non-compliance incidents and recommend corrective action.
