Design Program Manager

We’re looking for a Design Program Manager to join our amazing team at Meta Platforms to help us create the best products in the industry. As the Design Program Manager, you’ll be the driver of our design process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, to spec, and with the highest level of quality. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop product designs that fit the Meta Platforms brand. You’ll also be responsible for keeping up with industry trends and incorporating them into our products.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of design principles, experience managing design teams, and the ability to think outside the box. Responsibilities: -Lead a team of designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop product designs that fit the Meta Platforms brand -Ensure that all projects are completed on time, to spec, and with the highest level of quality -Manage and maintain the design process -Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into our products -Develop creative solutions to design challenges -Communicate effectively with all stakeholders -Mentor and guide team members in design processes -Ensure that design projects adhere to company standards -Manage deadlines and client expectations
