Internal Communications Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join Meta Platforms and lead our internal communications efforts. In this role, you will be expected to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to keep our employees engaged and informed.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate setting• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills• Proven ability to create and execute effective internal communications strategies• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams• Ability to distill complex concepts into simple and engaging messages• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams• Knowledge of digital communications tools (e.g., intranet, digital signage, etc.)

8. Create and maintain internal communication guidelines.
9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication channels.
10. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
