QA Lead – Dogfooding

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Lead – Dogfooding to join our Meta Platforms team. Our ideal candidate will possess the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure our platform is of the highest quality and is user-friendly.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and be able to assess the quality of software products. You should have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable troubleshooting and debugging applications. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Lead QA testing efforts for the Meta Platforms team.
2. Ensure that software products meet the highest quality and usability standards.
3. Troubleshoot and debug applications.
4. Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
5. Monitor and report on software quality and performance.
6. Regularly review and update quality assurance policies and procedures.
7. Liaise with product and development teams to ensure software requirements are met.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing software testing standards and procedures.
9. Research and implement new automation tools and techniques.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members.
