5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including tax advisors, auditors, bankers, and other advisors.
6. Analyze the financial impact of tax laws and regulations and assess the risks associated with potential tax strategies.
7. Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the company’s tax position, while minimizing its tax liabilities.
8. Communicate and collaborate with senior management to ensure that tax strategies align with the company’s overall business objectives.
9. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to ensure all tax-related activities are performed according to established policies and procedures.
10. Provide guidance and advice to the business on tax-related matters.
