  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized insurance solutions.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their insurance coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  4. Actively prospect and generate new business by identifying potential clients and promoting MetLife's products and services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance policies and services to clients.
  6. Keep up-to-date on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products/services offered by competitors.
  7. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure new business and retain existing clients.
  8. Prepare and present reports to management on sales activities, client retention, and revenue growth.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote MetLife's brand and build professional relationships.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
