- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Represent MetLife in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of MetLife's products and services, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and present new products and services to meet their evolving needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge required for the role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Client Accounts.
