  1. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, and claims, to provide a seamless experience for clients.
  5. Analyze and interpret client data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increasing client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling MetLife's products and services to existing clients.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and presentations with clients to discuss their insurance and benefit needs and provide recommendations for customized solutions.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors' offerings to effectively position MetLife's products and services.
  9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  10. Represent MetLife in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of MetLife's products and services, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and present new products and services to meet their evolving needs.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge required for the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
