  6. Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
  7. Provide expert guidance and advice to senior management on pension-related matters.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  9. Develop and maintain detailed budgets and financial reports related to pension plans.
  10. Stay up-to-date on changes in pension laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
  11. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and ensure their professional development.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on pension activities and progress.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in pension management.

  15. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee education and communication programs related to pension plans.
