- Lead and manage a team of investigators to ensure timely and thorough investigations into employee relations matters.
- Uphold and promote a workplace culture of diversity, inclusivity, and integrity.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to employee relations investigations.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure investigations are conducted in compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to determine appropriate actions and resolutions for investigations.
- Conduct investigations into complex and sensitive employee relations matters with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in investigations, including employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on handling employee relations issues.
- Analyze data and trends from investigations to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations to prevent future issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices for conducting employee relations investigations.
- Train and educate managers and employees on company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Ensure investigations are conducted in a fair, objective, and impartial manner.
- Create and maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations and related actions.
- Handle any escalations or complex cases that may arise during investigations.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement strategies and initiatives to promote a positive work environment and prevent future employee relations issues.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the status of investigations and any trends or issues identified.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth within the department.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Employee Relations Investigations.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, Fmla, And Title Vii.
Experience Working In A Large, Global Organization, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
