Claims Adjuster

The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for evaluating claims submitted by policyholders to ensure that the claims are valid and adhering to company policy. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Claims Adjuster, preferably in the insurance industry. We are also looking for someone who has a good knowledge of insurance laws and regulations, and who is comfortable dealing with customers and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have great interpersonal skills to effectively resolve customer issues, as well as a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate claims submitted by policyholders to ensure they comply with company policy.
2. Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
3. Maintain professional and ethical standards when dealing with customers and other stakeholders.
4. Monitor and track claims to ensure timely processing and follow-up.
5. Research and analyze data to determine the validity of claims.
6. Utilize knowledge of insurance laws and regulations to enforce company policy.
7. Prepare and submit detailed reports to management.
8. Investigate any fraudulent claims and take appropriate action.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Provide excellent customer service to policyholders.
