MetLife is looking for a Claims Processor who is a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for helping people. The Claims Processor is responsible for managing the intake and processing of customer claims. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team setting. The ideal candidate must also have a customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently. The ability to use technology to solve customer problems is also a must.We are looking for a Claims Processor who has at least two years of experience in customer service, claims processing, and/or data entry.
