Clinical Support Consultant - Nurse Consultant
MetLife is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Clinical Support Consultant - Nurse Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare and medical benefits and be able to provide expert consultation to our customers. The successful candidate must have a current nursing license and a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical office setting. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.If you have the qualifications and experience necessary to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: -Provide expert clinical consultation to MetLife customers -Maintain current nursing license -Utilize a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical office setting -Demonstrate an understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance -Exhibit strong customer service orientation -Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing -Keep up to date on current healthcare and medical benefits -Stay abreast of trends and developments in the healthcare industry
