In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of our global compensation initiatives.To be successful in this position, you must have a proven track record of leading successful compensation projects and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire others to reach their potential. We’re looking for someone who is forward-thinking, organized, and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global compensation initiatives in line with MetLife’s strategic objectives.
- Train, motivate, and inspire teams to reach their potential.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Generate meaningful insights from data to support decision-making.
- Lead successful compensation projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Monitor compensations trends and develop strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation strategies and results.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Remain up to date on changes in the industry and ensure MetLife’s compensation strategies are aligned.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure all compensation programs are effectively implemented.
