Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective and competitive compensation programs throughout the organization.
- Monitor and analyze the external job market to ensure the organization’s compensation plans are competitive in the marketplace.
- Work with leadership to ensure that compensation initiatives align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Develop and recommend total rewards strategies and plans.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing compensation programs.
- Develop and execute communication plans related to compensation initiatives.
- Manage and track projects related to compensation initiatives.
- Develop reports to track the performance of compensation programs.
- Respond to inquiries related to compensation and benefits programs.
