We need a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. Responsibilities: • Serve as main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers • Troubleshoot customer issues and develop solutions • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management • Maintain customer records and update customer information in databases • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues are resolved • Escalate customer disputes to the appropriate department • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed
