At MetLife, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team and make a difference in our customers’ lives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, as well as delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be highly organized. You must also be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and in person. In addition, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as possess strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
