Job Description

MetLife is seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and will be the face of MetLife. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You must also be flexible, organized, and have the ability to work independently. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.If you have a strong commitment to excellence and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and support to MetLife customers • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other online platforms • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or management • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Remain flexible, organized, and able to work independently • Remain up-to-date on the latest customer service trends and techniques
