Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and create positive experiences.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a polite and professional manner.
  4. Utilize various types of technology to assist in customer service activities.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by MetLife.
  6. Maintain open communication with customers and colleagues.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on customer inquiries and requests.
  8. Track customer service data and provide feedback and reports as needed.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
