- Monitor and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities within the real estate portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Lead a team to analyze and manage risk exposure for current and potential real estate investments.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on risk management for real estate investments.
