Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loss control initiatives to help reduce risk associated with MetLife operations.
- Create and maintain detailed reports related to loss control activities.
- Monitor and review safety standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and assess potential risk areas and develop strategies to mitigate losses.
- Provide recommendations and advice to management on loss control strategies.
- Communicate loss control initiatives to stakeholders and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Conduct site visits to review safety practices and provide guidance and support.
- Investigate and analyze incidents to determine root cause and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with other departments to ensure coordination of safety efforts.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss loss control initiatives.
