Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement loss control initiatives to help reduce risk associated with MetLife operations.
2. Create and maintain detailed reports related to loss control activities.
3. Monitor and review safety standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Identify and assess potential risk areas and develop strategies to mitigate losses.
5. Provide recommendations and advice to management on loss control strategies.
6. Communicate loss control initiatives to stakeholders and ensure understanding and compliance.
7. Conduct site visits to review safety practices and provide guidance and support.
8. Investigate and analyze incidents to determine root cause and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Work with other departments to ensure coordination of safety efforts.
10. Participate in internal and external meetings to discuss loss control initiatives.
