As a MIM - Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to support the company's derivatives trading and risk management activities.   1. Conduct analysis and research to support the company's derivatives trading and risk management strategies.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement trading strategies and risk management models.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and developments in the derivatives industry.
  4. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Assist in the valuation of derivatives instruments and the calculation of associated risks.
  6. Maintain and update databases and systems used for derivatives trading and risk management.
  7. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
  9. Work closely with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  10. Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests related to derivatives trading and risk management.
  11. Continuously develop knowledge and skills in derivatives analytics and the wider financial industry.
  12. Contribute to team goals and objectives and actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
  13. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues to senior management.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Derivatives Analytics, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Insurance Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Derivatives, Options, And Swaps.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql, And Experience Using Data Analysis Tools Such As Bloomberg Or Factset.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Communicate Insights To A Non-Technical Audience.
