Job Description

At MetLife, we are looking for a highly organized and experienced Pension Administrator to join our team. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and is knowledgeable about pension regulations and processes. The successful candidate will be able to think critically, communicate effectively, and develop solutions to complex issues.We are seeking someone who is passionate about pensions and has a proven ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, as well as a deep understanding of the pension industry and applicable regulations. A qualification in pensions or a related field is also desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  2. Stay up-to-date on relevant pension regulations and processes.
  3. Analyze complex issues and develop solutions.
  4. Think critically and communicate effectively.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant pension regulations.
  7. Monitor and update pension records and documents.
  8. Provide technical guidance and advice when required.
  9. Participate in meetings to discuss pension related issues.
  10. Liaise with external partners and stakeholders.
