Job Description

MetLife is looking for an organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pension Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relations, processing pension payments, and providing technical support for clients. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relations by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner and resolving customer issues.
  • Process pension payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Research and analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service levels.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of pension plans, regulations, and customer service practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work accordingly.
  • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve service levels.
