Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner and resolving customer issues.
- Process pension payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide technical support to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Research and analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service levels.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain knowledge of pension plans, regulations, and customer service practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
