Job Description

As a Pension Administrator at MetLife, you will be at the forefront of our pension services. Working closely with our actuarial and pension teams, you will be responsible for providing pension plan administration services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of pension plans, be experienced in the administration of these plans, and have excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be able to think critically, be highly organized, and have an excellent attention to detail. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Administer pension plans for clients according to MetLife's standards and protocols.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pension plan activities.

• Monitor and analyze changes in pension plan regulations and legislation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to pension plan administration.

• Provide clients with timely and accurate information about their pension plans.

• Develop and enhance existing processes to ensure efficient and effective plan administration.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and communication.

• Training and mentoring new and existing staff in pension plan administration.

• Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient and effective plan administration.

• Produce detailed reports and analysis of pension plan performance.
