Job Description

MetLife is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Client Services Consultant to join our Client Services team. You must possess excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to deliver outstanding client experiences. Our ideal candidate will be an analytical problem solver who is highly organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the client services team in managing and delivering excellent service to MetLife's clients. You will be the primary contact for all client inquiries and will be expected to develop relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. You should also be able to identify and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in client services, preferably in the financial services industry. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a strong understanding of customer service best practices. Additionally, you should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities for Senior Client Services Consultant:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to MetLife's clients and develop strong relationships with them.
  2. Act as primary contact for all client inquiries and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
  3. Monitor client satisfaction levels and provide feedback on customer service strategies.
  4. Utilize analytical problem solving skills to identify and address client concerns.
  5. Maintain organized records of client interactions and document all necessary information.
  6. Work collaboratively with other members of the Client Services team to ensure successful client engagements.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer service best practices.
  8. Manage client accounts and ensure accuracy of data.
  9. Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies.
  10. Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve client service.
