Senior Client Services Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Client Services Consultant to join MetLife’s Global Benefits team. As a Senior Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support for MetLife’s U.S. customers. You’ll act as the primary point of contact and work closely with clients to develop relationships and ensure their needs are met.To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically. 9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Remain up to date on industry trends and changes in customer needs.
