Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Client Services Consultant to join MetLife’s Global Benefits team. As a Senior Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support for MetLife’s U.S. customers. You’ll act as the primary point of contact and work closely with clients to develop relationships and ensure their needs are met.To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically. You should also have in-depth knowledge of MetLife products and services. If you’re an experienced problem-solver and passionate about helping customers, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to MetLife’s U.S. customers.
  2. Develop strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
  5. Utilize in-depth knowledge of MetLife products and services to address customer inquiries.
  6. Develop strategies to improve customer service and processes.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and develop action plans to address issues.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Remain up to date on industry trends and changes in customer needs.
