  12. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and agencies.
  13. Serve as a mentor and coach for junior team members, providing guidance and support.
  14. Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates and insights on marketing operations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Marketing Operations, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.
