- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Identify opportunities to grow and expand client accounts, working closely with the sales team to drive new business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support on insurance, annuities, and employee benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products to clients.
- Monitor and analyze client account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise from clients, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent MetLife at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the company's products and services.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics, including revenue targets, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for other account managers, sharing best practices and supporting their development.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, Including Life, Health, And Retirement Products.
