  1. Oversee all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for the stable value investment portfolio.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and variances to budget and forecast.

  10. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  11. Lead and support special projects and initiatives related to stable value investments.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of MetLife's stable value investment products and their impact on the overall financial performance of the company.
  13. Mentor and train junior analysts on financial reporting and analysis best practices.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to stable value investments.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential issues or discrepancies in financial data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Stable Value Products And Their Accounting Principles.

  • Experience With Financial Modeling And Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders.
