  1. Develop and oversee the implementation of MetLife's corporate data strategy.
  2. Design and implement data governance processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of corporate data.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data analysts and managers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and requirements for various corporate functions.
  5. Identify opportunities to leverage data for business decision-making and continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain data policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  7. Conduct regular audits of corporate data to identify and address any data quality issues.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics to continuously improve MetLife's data strategy.
  9. Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Monitor and report on the progress and success of the corporate data strategy and make adjustments as needed.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the proper infrastructure and systems are in place to support the corporate data strategy.
  12. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by promoting the importance of data and providing training and support to employees across the organization.
  13. Develop and manage relationships with external data partners and vendors.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve MetLife's data management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on data and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Management Or Analytics, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Data Professionals.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Privacy Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
