Job Description

Prepares files for the Property Appraiser and County Attorney on court cases filed by taxpayers; assists in answering the court complaint, reviewing the court complaint for errors or possible dismissal, describing the subject property and any unusual circumstances surrounding the case, and selecting documents to be included in the file. Produces documents to opposing attorneys; reviews subject property and selects appropriate documents, files and books. Attends depositions and trials with the County Attorney

Job Qualifications

Three years of experience in governmental and/or administrative law is required.
Must obtain Paralegal Certification within the probationary period.
