  1. Lead the development and optimization of DRAM products at Micron Technology.
  2. Utilize your expertise in DRAM architecture to drive innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define product requirements.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in DRAM technology.
  5. Design and implement new DRAM architectures and features to improve product performance and functionality.
  6. Analyze and evaluate current and future DRAM designs for feasibility and scalability.
  7. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and specifications.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Dram Architecture And Design Principles: A Dram Architect – Principal Engineer Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Internal Workings Of Dram, Including Its Various Components And How They Interact With Each Other.

  • Extensive Experience In Dram Design And Development: This Role Requires A Significant Amount Of Hands-On Experience In Designing And Developing Dram Products, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Projects.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Design And Simulation Tools: A Dram Architect – Principal Engineer Must Be Proficient In Using Industry Standard Design And Simulation Tools Such As Cadence And Synopsys To Develop And Validate Dram Designs.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Dram Architect – Principal Engineer, One Must Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues That Arise During The Design And Development Process.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: This Role Involves Leading A Team Of Engineers And Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential For Success As A Dram Architect – Principal Engineer.
