- Conduct contamination control assessments and develop strategies to improve cleanliness and quality of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze contamination data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contamination control plans.
- Utilize engineering principles and tools to troubleshoot and resolve contamination issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to contamination control.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in contamination control techniques.
- Train and mentor team members on contamination control methods and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with contamination control standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce contamination risks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on contamination control initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential contamination risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in a cleanroom environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and cleanliness of materials used in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain and calibrate contamination control equipment.
- Assist in the development of new contamination control technologies and processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Quality Engineering Or A Related Field
Knowledge And Experience In Contamination Control (Cc) Techniques And Methodologies
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes And Equipment
Experience With Quality Engineering Principles And Tools, Such As Six Sigma And Statistical Process Control
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Identify Root Causes Of Contamination Issues.
