Executive Director, Micron Foundation & Social Impact

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Director, Micron Foundation & Social Impact to join our team at Micron Technology. As an integral part of our Social Impact team, you will be responsible for driving our mission to make a positive, sustainable social impact in the communities where we operate. You will be responsible for the establishment, implementation and management of the Micron Foundation’s strategy, programs, and activities that support our social impact mission.The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving social impact and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You have a deep understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies, as well as the ability to create, implement, and manage innovative programs. You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to develop relationships with key external partners. 6. Lead and manage the Social Impact team.
7. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of the Foundation’s programs.
8. Manage the Foundation’s communications and public relations efforts.
9. Identify potential areas of growth and develop creative solutions to maximize impact.
10. Facilitate collaboration with internal and external partners.
