Welcome to Micron Technology! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HBM RMA Quality Engineer to join our team. As a member of our dynamic Quality Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. With your expertise and attention to detail, you will help us maintain our high standards and deliver exceptional products to our customers.   1. Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements for HBM products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  3. Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
  4. Analyze product data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  5. Manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process for HBM products, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
  6. Communicate quality issues and resolutions to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
  8. Conduct product testing and evaluation to verify compliance with specifications and performance requirements.
  9. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and processes into HBM production.
  11. Train and mentor junior quality engineers and team members to ensure a strong and knowledgeable quality team.
  12. Continuously strive for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
  13. Adhere to all safety and quality regulations and standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  14. Participate in customer meetings and presentations to provide updates on quality initiatives and address any concerns or questions.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of quality processes, procedures, and findings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Semiconductor Manufacturing, With A Focus On Quality Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Statistical Process Control And Quality Improvement Methodologies.

  • Knowledge Of Hbm (Human Body Model) And Rma (Return Material Authorization) Testing And Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams And External Partners.
