Partner with HRBP(s) to be the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer - ensuring successful program and process development and deployment with HR Functions. Partner with HRBP(s) to bring the business back to HR - increase visibility to business; align HR team globally to business priorities and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to the business Learn, use and influence HR standard methodologies across Business HR team. Partner with HRBP(s) to drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations.
