Job Description

At Micron Technology, we are dedicated to leading with environmental sustainability and are seeking an Intern-Environmental Sustainability to join our team. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who is eager to make a difference and develop their skills in sustainability.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field, as well as experience in environmental sustainability projects. They must have excellent problem solving skills, a strategic mindset, and a keen eye for detail. An understanding of data analytics and reporting techniques is also beneficial. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and evaluate environmental sustainability initiatives
  2. Monitor and analyze environmental sustainability data
  3. Research and recommend new sustainability policies
  4. Draft reports on environmental sustainability initiatives
  5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure environmental sustainability standards are met
  6. Build relationships with partners and vendors to promote sustainable practices
  7. Maintain up to date knowledge of environmental sustainability trends and best practices
  8. Support the execution of sustainability campaigns and educational initiatives
  9. Advocate for increased environmental sustainability practices in the workplace
